BBS is collaborating with Erin White and the SHS Drama department to raise money for Samantha Funding the Arts. Each year the drama department organizes a Haunted Hayride for select weekends in October. It's been nearly ten years since the zombies in Garrett County "Thrilled the World". The event in 2009, raised over $30,000 for the House of Hope. We feel it's time for another big Halloween bash so we are going to put together a Monster Mash Halloween party for younger participants, reboot our Thriller dance to recruit a whole new generation of zombies, and join everyone at the Haunted Hayride on Saturday, October 27, at Broadford Lake Park. We will have one of the pavilions for our spooky madness.
Our Grave Diggers will haunt the area teaching Thriller to as many zombies as possible. It's so much fun, so start thinking about your costume and make up, you can win some great prizes!!!
Trick or Treat is just days after our event so kids you can get your costume early and be festive for days.
Click the CAUSE button to register "For the Thrill of It" and get your ZIN Number (Zombie Identification Number). Full schedule of classes and performances are listed on the registration page.
