Welcome to Brenda’s Body Shop Gymnastics Camp, the ultimate summer experience for kids ages 5-13 who love to jump, tumble, and explore new skills! Whether your child is a beginner or has prior gymnastics experience, our camp offers a fun and supportive environment where they can build confidence, improve coordination, and form lasting friendships.
Here’s What To Expect:
Gymnastics Training – Campers will develop strength, flexibility, and balance through skill-building exercises on the beam, floor, and lyra hoop, all led by experienced coaches.
High-Energy Activities – Obstacle courses, relay races, and fitness challenges keep kids moving and having a great time.
Games & Team Fun – From friendly competitions to group challenges, campers will work together, build teamwork skills, and celebrate their accomplishments.
Creative Breaks – Arts, crafts, and themed activities provide a perfect balance of movement and creativity throughout the day.
At Gymnastics Camp, we encourage every camper to shine by fostering a love for gymnastics in a positive, engaging, and safe environment. Whether they’re learning their first cartwheel or mastering advanced skills, they’ll leave camp feeling strong, confident, and ready for more!
